Teens explore relaxation/meditation techniques while receiving guided instructions on the techniques of breathing, visualizations, muscular relaxation and affirmations. This straight forward, easy to follow approach empowers teens to become active participants in creating their own healthy, heart driven, peaceful lives.

"Indigo Teen Dreams" offers four techniques accompanied by relaxing and uplifting/motivating music. Additional music sound tracks are provided to further enhance their body, mind and spirit.
